Tool Presets and Keyboard Shortcuts what I use in my projects.
This presets was created in the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, but that should work for CS6 too.
Some brushes contains color, that you can to change or remove by resaving that tool. Also, I want to note that you need a Tilt Sensitive Graphics Tablet because most of tools are base on the parametric Brush Tip Shape.
The swatches contain colors of pencils and paper shades.
For keyboard shortcuts I use old gaming WASD-like system and all tools were moved to the left.
F5, F6 and F7 buttons launch my texExport scripts for quick save images group.
